What to Expect

Plymouth Church has been serving the communities of Raleigh, Garner, Fuquay Varina, and Willow Spring for 139 years.

We are a church that treasures its past, enjoys its present, and looks to the future. We are a loving community church with meaningful worship services that incorporate blended music and relevant messages from God's Word.

At Plymouth, you are not a number. It is a place that you can get involved and make a difference. Come out this Sunday and experience the love of God in action at Plymouth Church!

What should I expect if I attend a service?
When you visit you will meet people of all ages, hear a variety of music, and be in a comfortable atmosphere where you can learn about God and strengthen your relationship with Him. Some people will be dressed up and some will be dressed casual. All will be loved and accepted!

We currently have worship at 10:30am on Sunday mornings. We have a praise band that leads in contemporary praise songs. We also have a pianist who leads us as we sing traditional hymns of the faith. We have soloists and an ensemble who provide special music.

Is Plymouth Church affiliated with any denomination?
We are a member of the Raleigh Baptist Association, The North Carolina Baptist State Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention. These partnerships allow us to work together with thousands of other churches to be more active in sending missionaries around the world, funding disaster relief and recovery efforts, funding Baptist seminaries and colleges, supporting the NC Baptist Assembly at Caswell, and much more. It should be noted that all Baptist churches are self-governing and participate willingly in the organizations but have the freedom to leave or change involvement at any time.
